Venice Club
Club History
The Venice Club supports members in the greater Venice area, including Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Culver City, Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Carson, Palms, Marina del Rey, Compton, and Westchester. Our staff and programs come together to create stability, consistency, and a sense of physical and emotional safety for our members.
Our youth development professionals serve each day as positive role models who provide ongoing caring relationships with our youth. They work to develop moral character and instill a sense of belonging, competence, usefulness, and influence. Staff members make the Club feel like home, fostering a family atmosphere and creating a sense of ownership for members.

Arts & Cultural Enrichment
Develops creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts and creative writing. BGCV also has a gallery and works pace for young artists to showcase their artistic abilities.

- Fine Arts: Drawing Mastery 101, Photo 101, Give Kids Art, Visual Arts, Open Art Studio
Sports, Fitness, and Recreation
Programs incorporate more fitness into youth's lives while encouraging positive use of leisure time. The programs also help develop skills for stress management, social skills, and a greater appreciation for the environment.
